    I parked here last Friday to Sunday morning and had the pleasure of observing one of the employees, Cathal interacting with a number of customers both on Friday and also on Sunday. His professionalism and easy manner are a credit to him and his employer. He was giving relevant polite guidance to a number of tourists and advising them on areas to visit and helping individuals to ensure that their payments were processed properly. It is good to see an employee that is such a credit to his company and acting as an ambassador for his country

    I parked here yesterday & had a slow puncture. Chris the attendant in the ticket office was so helpful. He pumped enough air into the tyre so I could drive to the nearest garage. I was so happy to get going again. Thank you Chris!

    I recently had some difficulties with a card at St.Stephen's Green car park... Their staff member, Cathal, went above and beyond his remit to help and not just that, he did so in the most upbeat, chatty, friendly manner possible. He seemed to genuinely enjoy helping customers. He stood out, not just in that car park, but in terms of general day to day customer service which is lacking across the board in most industries. He made a stressful day a lot better and helped more than he had to. I can't praise his work ethic enough. Well done

    Cathal at the St stephens Green car park is a gentleman who also tells jokes. He helped myself and 4 friends to get the 5p m to 3a m car parking deal this evening on our way to the Gaiety. Good man Cathal keep up the good work. Service with a smile!!!!!!!

    With it being my 1st time in Dublin I was super confused about where to park. When I found the parking garage Cathal was super kind and helpful getting me information for parking and explained everything to me. He was a thoughtful and knowledgeable young man . IF ever to return to Ireland we would use this parking garage again since we had such a good experience due to Cathal
